The questions about the effects on sound caused by different kind of connectors are always answered with the statement, that high quality BNC connectors are clearly the better choice.

The DC7SR was often refused as analoge cables by customers for different reasons. Although if one uses two well matched DC7SR cables as stereo – interlinks the sound improvement is sensational. The result is, that many customers asked for AC7 with BNC – connectors.

We have worked on this for the last few month and we now can offer a special version of the AC7 with BNC connectors as an option.

To adapt the BNC plugs to ordinary phono in/outputs we supply, as part of the set, a high quality BNC/phono adapter. The BNC plugs are marked with red and black coloured caps to identify left and right channels. The additional costs should be added to the standard prices.

It is obvious, that because of the better linear transfer characteristics the BNC versions improve the sound significantly, even using the BNC/phono adapters!
